$50/hour

Booth time includes an engineer.  Appointments are scheduled upon availability.  It is recommended that you schedule a session at least two weeks in advance – chances are we won’t have anything open if you call the day before you want to record.   Sessions can be scheduled most hours of the day, including late into the night, as long as the time is open.

There is a two hour minimum for recording sessions.  If you have to cancel a session, please give us at least 2 days notice.  If it is your first time booking a session with us, a $50 deposit is required in advance.

Mixing is done both during recording sessions, and outside of sessions.  Most artists prefer to reserve some of their booked time at the studio for mixing, typically after they’ve recorded, so they can leave with a nice sounding mix.  Other times, mixing is needed later in the process, usually closer the end of finishing an album or mixtape.

We are well versed in what we do, so we can get a lot done in an hour.  How much mixing a song or project requires depends on many factors, including the complexity of recording, the quality of takes, and artists’ personal preference for sound.

Mastering is the final stage, and an important part of any song or project.  Some artists prefer recording and mixing at one studio, and having mastering done at a different studio.  Others do it all in one place.  We have discounts available for artists that have already recorded at AD1, and free mastering is available for full album projects.

Since mastering techniques vary between genres, and preferred results differ between artists, we offer FREE mastering for your first track, if it was recorded at another studio.  All tracks must be prepared properly for us to work on them.  Contact us for more info.

Price Varies

Creating a professional video is an art, and a time consuming process  The cost varies greatly depending on what you want done.  We offer shooting, editing, and all forms of post production, and can do any or all of these on a video, depending on your needs.  Whether you already have footage that you want us to edit, or want to set up a full production, we can do it.

Our engineers are also producers, and have beats available to both artists we record with, and artists who record elsewhere.  We have made music for hundreds of artists, as well as for film and television.  We have both exclusive and non-exclusive (lease) licensing available for artists, and a constantly changing library of tracks to choose from, with various pricing.  Discounted, and sometimes even free production is available for artists we’ve established a relationship with.

Both during sessions, and also beyond, AD1 provides artists with career guidance, music consultation, pre-production planning, marketing & promotion, and much more.  We work closely with artists in and out of the studio to help expand their creative passion and achieve their dreams.  From theory to strategy, and everything in between, our experience and collective passion for music helps to fuel the greatness of our proteges, and bring out the prodigies within them.

Image, branding, and promotion are all crucial aspects of any music career.  We are versed in all these areas, and provide services to help fill in all the gaps  We offer graphic design such as logos and album art, web design, social media promotion and assistance, and more.  For artists we have built a relationship with, our network and expertise extends beyond the studio as well.  This includes event booking, management, and our affiliated label Audiodose Records.
