RECORDING

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][vc_column_text]Booth time includes an engineer. Appointments are scheduled upon availability. It is recommended that you schedule a session at least two weeks in advance – chances are we won’t have anything open if you call the day before you want to record. Sessions can be scheduled most hours of the day, including late into the night, as long as the time is open.

MIXING
$50/hour
[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][vc_column_text]Mixing is done both during recording sessions, and outside of sessions. Most artists prefer to reserve some of their booked time at the studio for mixing, typically after they’ve recorded, so they can leave with a nice sounding mix. Other times, mixing is needed later in the process, usually closer the end of finishing an album or mixtape.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][vc_column_text]We are well versed in what we do, so we can get a lot done in an hour. How much mixing a song or project requires depends on many factors, including the complexity of recording, the quality of takes, and artists’ personal preference for sound.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″ css=”.vc_custom_1474613767175{background-color: #dddddd !important;}”]
MASTERING
$50/per track
[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][vc_column_text]Mastering is the final stage, and an important part of any song or project. Some artists prefer recording and mixing at one studio, and having mastering done at a different studio. Others do it all in one place. We have discounts available for artists that have already recorded at AD1, and free mastering is available for full album projects.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][vc_column_text]Since mastering techniques vary between genres, and preferred results differ between artists, we offer FREE mastering for your first track, if it was recorded at another studio. All tracks must be prepared properly for us to work on them.
